Greater Day was founded by two dedicated community leaders — Anitra Lott and Kevin Mouncil — who share a passion for empowering youth and strengthening families through education, mentorship, and faith-driven service. Their combined experience in childcare, outreach, and mental health forms the foundation of Greater Day’s mission to build stronger futures in Las Vegas.
ANITRA LOTT — CHAIRMAN & FOUNDER
With over 28 years of experience in childcare and early childhood education, Anitra Lott has dedicated her life to helping children and families thrive. She holds an ECE Certification & CDA in Early Childhood Development, completed extensive coursework through the Las Vegas Urban League and Nevada Child Registry, and has been an ordained minister since 2011.

As the owner of Kingdoms Daycare LLC, Anitra has built a trusted space for children and families in need of care, guidance, and compassion. Her leadership as Chairman of Greater Day reflects her deep commitment to education, faith, and empowerment.
KEVIN MOUNCIL — CFO & CO-FOUNDER
Kevin Mouncil brings over 28 years of community outreach and 15 years of experience as a chaplain in Las Vegas. He holds a CDA in Early Childhood Development and has spent over a decade mentoring young men, focusing on mental health, purpose, and self-control.

As a self-taught audio mechanic and entrepreneur, Kevin uses his personal experiences to connect with at-risk youth and guide them toward positive transformation. His focus lies in mentorship, anger management, and faith-based recovery programs, helping young males discover strength through responsibility and compassion.
